MV Agusta ECU Flash & Function Deactivation

Targeted software adjustments for your MV Agusta. The focus is on individual ECU functions, particularly exhaust valve control. We check which changes are technically possible based on your motorcycle and the installed control unit.

Services subject to technical inspection

  • Deactivate exhaust valve control: Software adjustment of the valve or actuator control on supported ECU versions.
  • Adjust related function monitoring: We check whether the monitoring associated with the agreed change can be adjusted. General suppression of all error messages is not part of the service.
  • Other function adjustments: Individual assessment of the requested deactivations and changes based on the vehicle, hardware, and software version.
  • Other ECU flash work: Adjustments to mapping and riding behavior only after separate assessment and agreement; not included automatically.

Vehicle and control unit

This is a general inquiry-based offer for MV Agusta, not blanket approval for all models or model years. The scope and feasibility depend on the model, model year, ECU type, and software version. Mechanical work on the exhaust system, valve, or actuator is not automatically included. Deactivating a function is not a substitute for repairing an actual defect.

  • ECU manufacturer, part number, and software version, if known; alternatively, a clear photo of the control unit label
  • Requested function deactivations and any existing error messages or fault codes
  • Installed exhaust and any modifications to the valve, actuator, air filter, or intake
  • Existing software modifications and the requested service: send in the ECU or book an appointment in person
