Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have the right to within 14 days to cancel this contract without giving any reason.

Cancellation period

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods;

  • For digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Exercise right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a unambiguous explanation (e.g. by email or letter) inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you. including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Return of goods

They have the goods immediately and in any case no later than within 14 days to return to us from the day you inform us of your cancellation.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal exists not in contracts concerning:

  1. Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs
    (e.g. specially configured or adapted motorcycle parts).

  2. Digital content, that are not delivered on a physical data carrier
    (e.g. ECU software, map adjustments, data processing, tuning files, programming),
    if the consumer has expressly consented, that the performance of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
    and has confirmed, that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.

  3. Services, when we have fully provided these and the consumer

    • has expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

    • has acknowledged that he will lose his right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
