🔧 ECU Flash – Stage 1 Tuning for Triumph Offroad/MX/Enduro

🔥 One of the world's first ECU flashes for the new Triumph off-road models!

More power. Better handling. Maximum driving experience.

With our individually developed Stage 1 ECU Flash for Triumph TF Offroad Models We unlock the full potential of your Triumph MX, Enduro or Supermoto bike – optimized for performance, rideability and maximum control.

Regardless of whether Motocross race bike, enduro conversion, supermoto project or pure performance setup – we tailor the software precisely to your bike, your setup and your intended use.

With its new TF model range, Triumph has created an extremely strong off-road foundation. We're taking it a step further and developing the matching ECU software in-house – tuned, tested, and optimized for maximum performance.

📈 Our Stage 1 optimization at a glance

✅ Performance & Torque optimization

Adjustment of injection, ignition, torque curves, throttle response and engine speed behavior for optimal performance on the track, special stage or supermoto track.

More punch from low revs, more direct response and a clean, even power build-up up to the rev limiter.

✅ Optimized for your setup

We tailor the software to your vehicle and your modifications, for example:

Standard exhaust
Racing exhaust system
Air filter setup
Motocross use
Enduro use
Supermoto conversion
Race-Only Setup

This way you don't get a standard flash, but software that suits your bike and your intended use.

✅ Option 95 octane or 100 octane

Depending on the application, fuel quality and engine setup, we create the appropriate characteristic curve for maximum efficiency, performance and operational reliability.

95 octane – for practical use and wide availability
100 octane – for maximum performance with the appropriate setup

⚡ Quickshifter optimization for supermoto use

For Supermoto use, we optimize the quickshifter function directly in the original Triumph ECU.

The shifting behavior is specifically adapted to the tough conditions of the Supermoto track – for clean, fast and reliable gear changes under load.

✅ Our quickshifter optimization includes:

Optimization of the switching interruption
Adaptation to Supermoto-typical shifting processes
Cleaner shifting under load
Improved performance during aggressive driving.
Activation of the quickshifter switching from 1. into 2nd gear
Direct integration into the original ECU

Especially in Supermoto use, a properly functioning quickshifter is crucial, as shifting often occurs under load, when accelerating out of corners and in tight sections of the track.

Our optimization makes the QS system more precise, direct and better suited to sporting use.

A notice:
The functionality depends on the model, ECU software version, and existing quickshifter hardware. Activation and optimization are performed directly via ECU flashing.

⚡ Throttle/Unthrottle

In addition to our Stage 1 performance optimization, we are also able to provide For throttling or unthrottle purposes, all homologated software versions/files to program the ECU.

This allows the vehicle to be correctly brought to the desired performance level, depending on the model, equipment and available hardware.

✅ Our services include:

Programming homologated throttle files
Programming the de-throttling files
Software adjustment directly in the original Triumph engine control unit
Adaptation to the respective vehicle and hardware version
Flawless operation with correctly installed throttle hardware
Confirmation of typing/registration

Important:

For throttling or unthrottling to function correctly, all necessary hardware components must be fully assembled, correctly wired, and properly connected.

If this is not the case, error codes may appear in the ECU or the function may not be implemented correctly.

A switchable solution between throttling and unthrottling, for example via map switch, is not technically possible.
Performance reductions across different maps are also not feasible and, moreover, inadmissible.

Properly executed throttling or unthrottling always requires a combination of suitable hardware, correct software version and appropriate documentation.

💥 Special Feature: Flame RPM Limiter/Party Mode

ONLY ACTIVE IN NEUTRAL GEAR!

Aggressive, “flaming” rev limiter – inspired by Supermoto and MX racing.

Features:

Active only in neutral gear
Aggressive Racing Limiter
Flame and sound effects depending on the exhaust system
Programmed directly in the ECU
No additional module required

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Only possible with 4-stroke engines.

Important:

For this function to work, the gears must be correctly programmed.
If the gears were not correctly programmed during vehicle delivery, this function cannot work properly.

We can conduct the gear training in our building.

💥 Special feature: Flame Launch Control

Only possible with models featuring an active launch control function and compatible hardware/software.

Aggressive, “flaming” launch control – inspired by Supermoto and Motocross racing.

Features:

Active only during the launch control phase
Aggressive response at startup
Flame and sound effects depending on the exhaust system
Integrated directly into the original ECU
No additional control unit required

After using Flame Launch Control, the vehicle must be switched off to reactivate it. After approximately 10 seconds of standstill, the engine can be restarted and Launch Control reactivated.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Only possible with 4-stroke engines.

Important:

This function is only available on compatible models and with the appropriate equipment.
For proper functioning, the gears must be correctly programmed.

🚀 Special feature: Deceleration pops /Pops & Bangs

✅ Racing sound like from the Supermoto or MX world

Clearly audible popping noises when letting off the gas.
Rich, sporty sound during acceleration and deceleration phases and load changes.
Aggressive racing character depending on the exhaust system

✅ Customized to your setup

Optimization for standard or aftermarket exhaust systems
Adaptable to different applications
Ideal for MX, Enduro and Supermoto setups

✅ 100% software-based – no additional module required

The function is programmed directly into your original Triumph ECU.

No additional box
No additional wiring required.
No external modules

✅ OEM integration with safety reserves

Designed with a focus on durability and thermal safety.
The function is only active during overrun phases and does not create a permanent additional load for the engine or exhaust system.

A notice:

The intensity of Deceleration pops It depends heavily on the exhaust system, exhaust system, engine configuration, and mapping. For a particularly aggressive sound, we recommend combining it with a racing exhaust system.

🛠️ Sensor deactivation for motorsport/special purposes

For special motorsport or special applications, it is possible to selectively deactivate certain sensor functions in the ECU.

This may be necessary, for example, for race conversions, special projects, or vehicles with modified electronics. Since the implementation varies depending on the model, software version, and intended use, please submit a separate inquiry.

✅ Possible depending on model and software version:

Deactivation of selected sensors
Adaptation for motorsport and special applications
Functioning flawlessly despite modified or removed sensors
Direct implementation in the original Triumph engine control unit
No additional modules required

🔥 A classic in motorsport: Tip-over sensor deactivation

The classic in motorsport is the Tip-over sensor deactivation.

The tilt sensor is deactivated via software, allowing it to be removed from the vehicle without generating error codes or causing functional problems.

We have listed this feature as a separate item in the shop.

Ideal for race bikes, motorsport conversions and special projects where the crash sensor is no longer needed.
