What began as a specialized workshop has developed into one of the leading centers for chassis optimization, ECU programming, and performance modifications in Austria.

Acceptance & Settlement
Cornelia is the first point of contact for our customers and ensures that everything runs smoothly. With her friendly demeanor, structured approach, and strong oversight, she oversees the entire process—from scheduling an appointment to vehicle acceptance and billing.
She maintains an overview even in hectic situations and ensures that everything is properly documented and handled correctly.
With her professionalism and commitment, Cornelia makes a significant contribution to ensuring that our customer service remains at the highest level.

Manuel Kienbichl
workshop manager
Manuel is an experienced workshop master with extensive experience in the construction, service, and individual optimization of motorcycles.
He completed intensive training courses at Öhlins, TracTive and Andreani and, like his colleague Max, worked in KTM's research and development department .In addition to the precise chassis construction and the assembly of high-quality components , Manuel is also responsible for organizing the workshop operations and advising our customers on all aspects of PKB Performance's technical activities .

Ing. Maximilian Probst
ECU programming, engine tuning, software development & R&D
Max is a qualified mechanical engineer with many years of experience in design and engine tuning – including in the research and development department of KTM .
Today his focus is on ECU programming , individual map adaptation and special functions such as quickshifter, blipper, warm-up and launch control.
With his deep understanding of engine control and vehicle dynamics, Max ensures that performance and drivability work together perfectly.

Florian Hochgerner
Motorcycle mechanic – chassis & engine technology
Florian quickly became a sought-after specialist in the team.
He is trained by Öhlins and TracTive and brings his passion to every detail – especially when it comes to optimizing the chassis .
In addition to precise chassis construction, he also oversees projects in the area of engine technology and ensures that every motorcycle is perfectly tuned for the road or racetrack. -

Electronics Guru – Diagnostic Technology & Special Solutions
Florian is our undisputed electronics god.
Whether it's troubleshooting at the component level, CAN bus analysis, or special wiring: When things get complex, Florian is there to help.
With a razor-sharp eye for detail and technical understanding down to the bit level, he brings even the most stubborn sources of error to light. -

Motorcycle mechanic – workshop & assembly
After completing his training, Lukas joined our team directly and quickly developed into a reliable and committed team member.
With technical skill, great commitment, and a clean work ethic, he supports us with service work, installations, and vehicle-specific conversions.
He continues to grow with every task – and brings fresh drive to our workshop team. -

Accounting & Controlling – Back Office
Johannes works behind the scenes to ensure our numbers are accurate. With precision, reliability, and a keen eye for detail, he handles accounting and controlling, and supports our back-office team.
Through his structured approach and analytical thinking, he creates clarity in all commercial processes and supports us in organizational matters.
Johannes makes a significant contribution to ensuring that we can fully concentrate on our core competencies – performance and technology – in our day-to-day business.
