Our PKB ECU flash for the Triumph Rocket 3 unlocks the full potential of its large three-cylinder engine. The Rocket 3 is already an extremely powerful motorcycle from the factory, but standard mapping, emissions requirements and electronic restrictions hold it back significantly. This is where we come in.

With our Stage 1 tuning, depending on the model, year and software version, gains of up to approximately +45 PS in power and approximately +20 Nm in torque are possible – without any hardware modifications.

Model ranges and vehicle compatibility

Both the older Rocket III with 2,294 cm³, including Classic, Roadster and Touring, and the newer Rocket 3 with 2,458 cm³, including R, GT, TFC and Storm R/GT, are supported.

Rocket III Touring is assigned to model years 2008–2017. Rocket III Roadster is listed for 2010–2018, and Rocket 3 Storm R / Storm GT for 2024–2026. For the other variants, the model years listed for each apply. Please specify the exact model range, model year, ECU details and modifications when ordering. Achievable power gains depend on the vehicle and setup; figures for one variant cannot be assumed to apply to other variants.

⚙️ Noticeably better rideability

Our focus is not just on maximum power on paper.

A good tune also needs to feel right on the motorcycle. That is why we focus on optimizing throttle response, load transitions, torque delivery and rideability.

A precise tune makes a particularly big difference on the Rocket 3: the motorcycle becomes easier to modulate, responds more directly to throttle inputs and delivers its enormous torque much more smoothly.

⚠️ Important:

Appropriate software is particularly important with a modified exhaust system or a setup without a catalytic converter, as the standard tune is not optimized for the modified hardware.

⚠️ Note on the engine warning light:

With these engine control units, the engine warning light may occasionally illuminate after the flashed ECU is installed. This is generally not a problem and results from the flashing process or the ECU being reinitialized.

The fault can be cleared with any modern diagnostic tool. No further faults occur afterwards.
