With our PKB ECU Flash for the Triumph Rocket 3, we unlock the full potential of the big three-cylinder engine. The Rocket 3 is already an extremely powerful motorcycle straight from the factory, but it's significantly held back by the standard setup, emissions regulations, and electronic limitations. That's precisely where we come in.

With our Stage 1 tuning, depending on the model, year of manufacture and software version, up to approximately +45 hp increase in power as well as approximately +20 Nm more torque Possible – entirely without hardware modifications.

A good setup has to feel right on the motorcycle. That's why we primarily optimize throttle response, load changes, torque build-up, and rideability.

Especially with the Rocket 3, a clean setup makes a big difference: The motorcycle becomes easier to control, reacts more directly to throttle commands, and uses the enormous torque much more harmoniously.

⚠️ Important:

When the exhaust system is modified or the setup is catalytic converter-free, suitable software is particularly important, as the standard tuning is not optimally suited to the modified hardware.

⚠️ Note regarding the engine warning light:

With these engine control units, it can occasionally happen that the check engine light illuminates after the flashed ECU is installed. This is usually not a problem and is caused by the flashing process or the reinitialization of the ECU.

The error can be cleared with any modern diagnostic tool. No further errors will occur afterward.
