The Triumph Daytona 675, Street Triple from chassis number 411984, Street Triple R from chassis number 411984, Street Triple S, Street Triple S 660 and Street Triple R LRH (Low Ride Height) are factory-prepared for the use of a quickshifter sensor for clutchless upshifting.
The original shift rod is replaced with the sensor and the appropriate adapter rod. A connector is then attached to the wiring harness, and the motorcycle is ready.
The quickshifter function is activated by installing the sensor. The ignition cutoff time can be adjusted via the TuneECU software. However, this is usually not necessary on stock motorcycles.
ContRoll also offers a kit for reverse shifting, or GP shifting, for certain Triumph models. The shift lever's bearing bushing is mounted to an engine bolt. The side stand does not need to be removed for this.
The sensor has the appropriate connector for connection to the original wiring harness. The kit includes:
- gearshift lever
- Shift rod with ball joints
- Quickshifter sensor
