Description

Bidirectional sensor for clutchless upshifting (QS) and downshifting (AutoBlipper) for the Honda Africa Twin from model year 2018.

Replacement for the original Honda part 08U70-MKK-D00.

If the MIL warning light If the warning light comes on, the stored error in the control unit must be deleted.

Procedure:

  1. Connect the SCS connector to the diagnostic connector under the seat.
  2. Turn on the ignition and also set the engine stop switch to ON.
  3. Disconnect the SCS connector from the diagnostic connector.
  4. Reconnect the SCS connector to the diagnostic connector within 5 seconds.
