1️⃣ What is ECU programming?

The ECU (Engine Control Unit) controls all of the engine's critical parameters—from fuel injection and ignition to torque limiters. With ECU programming or an ECU flash, we customize these maps to your motorcycle. The goal: more power ⚡, better handling 🚀, and optimal throttle response 🎯 —motorsport-tested and field-proven.

2️⃣ How long does ECU programming take?

⏱️ A standard ECU tuning takes about 1-2 hours .
🛠️ A custom dyno setup takes longer, as the motorcycle is measured and adjusted multiple times. An appointment is absolutely necessary 📅 .

3️⃣ Where is the ECU programming performed?

🏢 All ECU programming and map optimization are done directly in-house .
🖥️ We use our own dynamometer for professional tuning.
📦 Alternatively: Send the ECU by mail – we will program it and return it quickly.

4️⃣ Will ECU tuning void my warranty?

⚠️ Manufacturer warranties may be limited or voided by ECU tuning. We recommend checking with your dealer or manufacturer beforehand. Many customers choose to have the tuning done after the warranty period has expired.

5️⃣ Is ECU tuning legal & StVO compliant?

🚫 An ECU optimization is generally not approved for road use because it changes the original homologation.
🏁 Our ECU programming is therefore racing/export items – perfect for the racetrack!

6️⃣ What is a quickshifter (QS)?

⚡ A quickshifter allows shifting without clutch and throttle .
👉 Result: ultra-fast gear changes ⚡, more stable handling 🏍️, more driving pleasure 😎.

7️⃣ What is overrun cut-off (overrun slam)?

🔥 With overrun cut-off, the injection is interrupted during overrun.
🎇 Result: crisp bangs from the exhaust & a more direct driving feel.
💥 Can be combined with quickshifter – for even shorter shifting times.

8️⃣ What does regular ECU tuning include?
